At the Pilot Production Module, prototype
units are fabricated for field trials. The group also organises pilot production
runs to assess the ease of manufacture of a product before technology transfer
to manufacturers. Augmentation of the Pilot Production facility has been
carried out and the Module has all the facility for SMD set up which includes
Stencil Printer, Reflow oven, Microplacer, SMD/BGA rework station to cater
to the latest technological needs. |
